  5. You should not eat spicy food on a regular basis. Fermented food, excess salt, fried food are also a big no when it comes to healthy skin. Oatmeal, rice, applesauce and other bland food promote healthy skin.
  6. Regular exercise is another habit which will give you a radiant and glowing skin. It promotes blood circulation throughout the body which is very necessary for healthy skin.
  7. Something most people miss out on is their beauty sleep. Every day you need to sleep for atleast 8 hours at night. Less sleep will leave you a tired skin. Your skin will sag and you will have eye bags. It will make you look much older than you actually are. So enough sleep is extremely important.
