From the days of 1970’s when the word human resource development came into being in the book ‘Developing Human Resources’ by Leonard Nadler to the day today- human resources have come a long way.


The human resource development is all about the synchronization of the overall energies of the employees and converging into the organization as the contributors to the realization of the mission, values, vision, and goals. Development is all about active learning processesfrom the systematic development to the experience-leading purpose of person, body, spirit, and person. The human resource managementmeansthe training, organizational development, career and organizational effectiveness.
